Agistment agreement
This agreement is suitable for a general agistment premises. It allows for DIY, part and full care and is easily made to suit most agistment businesses.
Spelling Agreement
This agreement is most suited to agistment premises that accommodate horses for spelling or retirement purposes. Therefore the premises has minimal facilities.
Waiver of Liability
This waiver is for use for an agistment or spelling premises. It will not cover additional activities such as training or selling horses.
